REGITRATION PROCEDURES:
The application is given to costumer service department in the ministry to make sure that it satisfy the required documents.
Completing the registration application fee and on-call and Granting the applicant stating receipt of the request
The process of the substantive examination of the applications that satisfy the required data and documents and deciding on that by the decision of the General Registrar within thirty days
The applicant may appeal the decision of the General Registrar in the cases of rejecting the application or accepting it on condition to the Appeals Committee of the ministry within month from the date of notification of the decision And the decision of the committee may be challenged in the the court within one month from the date of notification of the decision.
Registration application is published in the Journal of Commerce at the applicant's expense.
The application remains viable for three months to objection of every significant person that has relation .
If there is objection to the application , the administration shall inform the applicant of the objection in order to answer it within thirty days and in the case of non-refoulement ,the applicant is considered abandoning his application.

B . Renewal of the registered Industrial Designs (is renewed during the last year of entry into force of the period of protection of the Industrial Design prescribed in the certificate of registration):

The owner is given a notice of the renewal of the Industrial Design, within ten days
C - Transfer king The transfer of ownership of a registered Industrial Designs or mortgage:

the document proving the transferring ownership or mortgage.
Voucher of the collection of fees under a transferring ownership or mortgage.
Voucher of the collection of wages of transferring ownership or mortgage.
* Give the new owner a certificate which prove transferring the ownership or mortgage, within ten days
D . License of the use of the registered Industrial Designs:
The required documents and procedures:
a license to use.
Voucher of the collection of license fees, use of Industrial Design.
Voucher of the collection of wages of publishing the license to use the Industrial Design.
* Granting t beneficiary of the license a certificate, within ten days
E - Changes in the data of the owner of the registered Industrial Designs:
Voucher of the collection of application fees and wages of publishing the change.
Applicant is given a notice of it within ten days.
F - Removal of the Industrial Designs:

The application for delisting is given to the customer service department.
Voucher of collection of the cancellation fees and Voucher of the wages of publishing the delisting.
